Century Park is a single family residence community in Cathedral City, California. Residents enjoy many amenities and close proximity to freeways, stores, restaurants, parks, and recreation.

Cathedral City High School is considered to be a beneficial recreational and educational center to Cathedral City. The Palm Springs Unified School District also serves this community with Sunny Sands Elementary School and James Workman Middle School. There are several private institutions such as Desert Son-Shine, Montessori School of Palm Springs, and St. Theresa Elementary School.

There are ten parks in Cathedral City including nearby Century Park which covers five acres. Visitors can enjoy the four shade structures with picnic tables and barbecue stands as well as the tennis court, tot lot, ball field, and restrooms.

There are many golfing and tennis facilities in this area and to the south of Century Park are the Outdoor Resorts Palm Springs and the Mission Hills Country Club. Just minutes to the west are the Cimarron Golf Resort and the Desert Princess Country Club. There are many shopping centers in this region including the Cathedral Plaza Shopping Center and the Rimrock Shopping Center.

Cathedral City is known as “Cat City” and is located between Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs. It is the second largest in Coachella Valley and was named for Cathedral Canyon. This city was once a downtown revitalization program in the 1990s and was completed in 2005.
